Overview: For this project, our team was contacted to remodel the former home of Promises to Keep, an event space in Derry, NH. The owners were handing down the venue to the next generation, and they had a few ideas to help reimagine the space and give it new life! They reached out to our team at M&M Construction for assistance!
We met with the owners to discuss their goals for the remodel, and they let us know they were aiming for a rustic, but still elegant ambiance for the event space. They entrusted us with the design & construction of the project, so once our team had an idea of what they were looking to accomplish with the remodel, we got to work on the project.
We had to reimagine the spaces interior to create the right aesthetic, and decided that in order to add the rustic elegance the owners were searching for, we would add fireplaces to make it feel a bit homier.
In addition to the fireplaces, we also added birch trees as part of the millwork package, to help provide a natural touch.
The project came together beautifully, and were thrilled to have been able to be a part of this spectacular project!
