M&M Construction is happy to have been able to assist with this beautiful renovation of Red’s Kitchen & Tavern! The owner’s contacted us looking to remodel a former Applebee’s with the goal of transforming the space into their own contemporary eatery!
The owners were looking to create a restaurant that had an industrial, but still homey atmosphere, with a wonderful patio for patrons to enjoy those beautiful New Hampshire summers! They also wanted to make sure that they created an ambiance that was just as welcoming in the interior of the restaurant, so our team worked together with CKI Design Studio to focus on adding a few finishing touches that really help the restaurant pop.
We added a number of features that truly make this building stand out. First off, we built a bar in the center of the restaurant with 360 degree seating, and with plenty of TV’s so you can always catch the game! For patrons who are in search of a sit-down dining experience, we’ve built a fantastic mix of seating options, including diner-style booth seating, as well as smaller, cocktail-style tables around the perimeter of the bar. One of our favorite features of this space is the garage door which is full of windows and floods the interior with natural light, which can also be opened during the warmer months! Lastly, we built a small pastry counter for patrons who want dessert on the go, ensuring we have options for everyone!
As for the exterior of the restaurant, we added string lighting and firepits for a fantastic outdoor dining experience during the warmer months. We wanted to make sure that the restaurant’s outdoor seating was just as desirable as the interior, and the patio came together beautifully!
The owners were thrilled with the completed project, and we’re happy to have been able to work together with CKI Design Studio to fulfill their vision! If you’re ready to remodel your restaurant, reach out to our team at M&M Construction today to get started!
