Our team at M&M Construction Services is thrilled to have been able to assist with this beautiful remodel of Gaslight Tavern in Lynnfield.
The businessowners were looking to breathe new life into the property, and they reached out to our team, along with Peter Niemitz, to design & execute a new lay-out for the business. Our team was excited to work alongside the architects and create a beautifully remodeled interior, helping to breathe new life into this restaurant.
After meeting with the architects to discuss the project, our team got started on the renovations. The owners had a few specific features in mind, and our team worked on adding all of the bells & whistles to the project
We added a number of beautiful amenities, including adding a large bar, patio seating for the warmer months, and custom bi-folding glass doors to access it. We also added firepits to the patio in order to build the “gaslight” ambiance.
While this project had its challenges, we were able to work together with the architects to execute the design and make sure the entire project came together on time & budget! The owners were thrilled with the finished product, and we were happy to have been able to assist!
